It is my pleasure to inform you that Our Institution plans to organize 9th Graduation Day for (2014,2015,2016,2017,2018,
SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS
- All the students should clear all their pending fees dues before appearing for the graduation event.
- Registration Fee for the Graduation Day is Rs. 1250/- which has to be paid at the time of registration (Refundable Deposit for the Graduation Day Robe is Rs.250/-).
- Graduates are only allowed inside the Auditorium with Formal Dress only.
- Use of Cell phones in the Venue is prohibited.
- Graduates should report for Registration at 09.30 a.m.
- Clapping inside the Hall is strictly prohibited during the time of the Function.
- All are requested to get up when the Academic Procession enters the hall and remain standing until the dignitaries have taken their seats.
- At the end of the Ceremony, the Graduates should stand up for the National Anthem and remain standing till the procession of the dignitaries leaves the Hall.
- Only Official Photographers will be allowed to take photographs during the Ceremony.
- Graduates can collect their photos before leaving the Campus.
- Graduates should be inside the Auditorium by 09.30 a.m.
- Lunch: 01.30 pm to 02.30 pm.
- Alumni Meeting will be conducted during 02.30 pm to 04.30 pm.
