Chief Guest: Dr. G. Aarthi SSEC conducted an outreach program on the importance of 'Yoga' in the college premises on 29th Jan 2024. The session highlighted numerous physical, mental, and spiritual benefits of Yoga practices. Students came to know how it promotes strength, flexibility, and balance. The session underlined the regular practice of yoga that helps in improving posture, increasing muscle tone, and enhancing overall physical fitness. Students clearly understood how it aids in the management of various health conditions such as hypertension, diabetes, and chronic pain by improving circulation, reducing inflammation, and boosting the immune system. Overall it cultivated a greater sense of self-awareness and emotional resilience among the students.
