Republic Day Celebrations
Sree Sakthi Engineering College marked the 76th Republic Day with vibrant celebrations filled with patriotic fervor and enthusiasm. Held on January 26, 2025, the event was graced by the presence of esteemed dignitaries, including the respected Chairman, Shri. N. Dharmalingam, the visionary Correspondent, Dr. S. Karthikeyan, the distinguished Principal, Dr. G. Jayaprakash, the renowned CEO, Dr. N. Prasannan, the accomplished Dean, Prof. P. Malarvizhi, the Director of IQAC, the Heads of Departments (HODs), as well as faculty, staff, and students.
The program commenced with a warm welcome address delivered by Ms. Swetha S., Assistant Professor in the Department of Computing Technology, who extended heartfelt greetings to the audience and emphasized the significance of Republic Day.
Following this, the National Flag was hoisted by the Chairman, Shri. N. Dharmalingam, accompanied by the resonant singing of the flag song, which instilled a profound sense of unity and patriotism among all attendees.
The Principal, Dr. G. Jayaprakash, then addressed the gathering, highlighting the pivotal role of education in shaping responsible citizens and reinforcing the values enshrined in the Constitution of India.
An inspiring and thought-provoking speech was delivered by the Correspondent, Dr. S. Karthikeyan, who emphasized the collective responsibility of every individual in contributing towards a stronger and more prosperous India.
The program concluded with a vote of thanks by Ms. Gayathree K, ECR who expressed sincere gratitude to the dignitaries, organizers, and attendees for making the event a grand success.
The celebrations culminated on a patriotic note with the singing of the National Anthem, leaving everyone present with a renewed sense of pride and commitment towards the nation.
