MSME Entrepreneurship Awareness Program on Entrepreneurship: Turning Ideas into Reality
Sree Sakthi Engineering College, in association with the Ministry of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSME), successfully organized an awareness program titled "Entrepreneurship: Turning Ideas into Reality" on 14.02.25 at 10:30 AM in the Seminar Hall. The event aimed to inspire and educate students on the essential aspects of entrepreneurship, including funding opportunities and the process of transforming ideas into successful ventures.
The event featured Mr. D. Balaguru, Assistant Director, Ministry of MSME, and Dr. S. Omprakash, Head Administration & IQAC, as the keynote speakers. They provided valuable insights into various funding opportunities available for startups and elaborated on strategies to elevate an idea into a thriving business.
The event was graced by several distinguished dignitaries, including our esteemed Principal, Dr. G. Jayaprakash; renowned CEO, Dr. N. Prasannan; and beloved Dean, Prof. P. Malarvizhi. Their presence added significant value to the seminar, emphasizing the institution's commitment to fostering an entrepreneurial mindset among students.
More than 200 pre-final year students actively participated in the event, demonstrating a keen interest in entrepreneurship and business development. The program provided them with an excellent platform to gain practical knowledge, interact with experts, and explore various opportunities to bring their innovative ideas to life.
